I live on 10th floor of a condo, who contacted the company for emergency flooding support.  Jim came to my unit an hour later (8 pm on a Sunday night), assessed the situation, and did what he could to minimize damage to my unit.  He then contacted our property management company and obtained condo floor plans and procedures. At 9 am the next day, Jim returned with several questions.  When answered, he knew exactly where to look to solve the issue.  He found the source of our building leak within 15 minutes, and fixed it in less than an hour.
